As our personalised products are hand-made for each individual customer, once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order.
However once the order has been placed you will have a 24 hour cooling off period where we will permit changes if need be, Once production has started after the 24 hour period it will not be possible to amend any details. Please therefore ensure all details are correct at time of placing order.
We will not accept goods to be returned once delivered, unless they have been damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event of the goods being damaged or lost in transit then please contact us.
All damages and failed deliveries must be reported immediately. No complaints can be considered unless made within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
Please note, only damaged goods can be refunded when the goods are returned to dittydesigns in their original packaging. Goods returned at customers cost, and full refund will be given on receipt and inspection of goods.
Please note we currently use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
